The famed Gramercy Park Hotel has been a clubhouse for café society and a haven for globetrotters since it opened its doors in 1925. Edith Wharton lived here, and Humphrey Bogart was married here. We worked hard to preserve the DNA of the hotel because it has a very special place in people's hearts," said Ian Schrager.
